We have serviced a number of customers throughout New England for many years using our drivers based in Akron, Ohio. As a result of a new business contract we are interested in hiring drivers to be based in Pittston, Pa.


This driver's primary duty will be pickup and delivery of loads from Pittston, Pa. to Bellingham, Ma. respectively. Based on business needs some loads will be be relayed to them by Ohio drivers for deliveries throughout New England. We also have a great number of loads that go from New England into the Philadelphia area. As a general rule we do not have any customers in New York City, there are occasional loads though. We currently do not ask any one driver to go into New York City more than once per month.


The Pittston drivers should expect to be home most weekends, occasionally during the week as business may allow. This driver will also have to bring a load all the way to Akron once every few weeks.


We are seeking a person with a strong personality, common sense and solid communication skills. Reefer experience is a plus.

Company will reimburse the first $1,500/$3,000 towards deductable.


All employees receive $10,000 life insurance at no cost, along with short and long term disability insurance at no cost. The disability covers 60% of your income up to $500.00 per week for up to 5 years.


All benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days service. So if you start working in May, your coverage would begin July 1.


VACATION: (1) week vacation earned after 1 year, (2) weeks after 2 years & (3) weeks after 5 years.
